There will be no refunds except in the case that the provided sperm sample is below detection level, in which case a 50% refund will be issued. The results of the SpermGenderCheck will be sent to the email address provided. If requested, the results can also be mailed as a hard copy to the physical address provided. Results will not be given to a third party under any circumstances.

The sample collection kit will be mailed to your provided physical address upon receipt of payment. For expedited services using a private package delivery service (e.g.FedEx, UPS, DHL) or USPS with mail tracking, an additional $20 payment is required.

International clients will incur an additional shipping and handling cost of $100 USD.
